As we hand-inspect each sustainable product for quality, processing may extend to 10 business days during seasonal launches or promotional periods. You'll receive email updates at every stage, including when your eco-friendly package ships from our fulfillment center.
Domestic shipments via carbon-neutral carriers typically arrive within 10-15 business days after processing. International deliveries to approved destinations take 15-25 business days, including customs clearance. These extended timeframes allow us to utilize slower but more environmentally friendly shipping methods that align with our sustainability values.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Japan. Additional countries may be added periodically based on our carbon offset capabilities.

All international shipments include proper documentation declaring the sustainable materials in your order (organic cotton, recycled rubber, etc.). Some countries may still assess duties - we cannot predict or pay these fees. Unclaimed packages will be donated to textile recycling partners after 60 days rather than returned, in keeping with our waste-reduction policy.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions on our bulkier eco-packaging. For military addresses, please contact [email protected] before ordering as delivery times may exceed 6 weeks. All packages require signature confirmation for orders over $100 to prevent loss.
